  2. Verification of the data by our staff
  3. You will then be contacted by the shop manager, who will agree with you the form of payment and the time of dispatch of the goods
Each bicycle is delivered through the e-shop fully inspected and packed in a cardboard box. Just mount the pedals, put on the handlebars and the front wheel. Done in a few minutes. Watch the video.

Dobre zabalený a z veľkej časti zmontovaný bicykel

Nedostal som trackovacie číslo, to je jediný malý nedostatok, netušil som kedy má zásielka prísť. Ale dorazila už na druhý deň, takže skvelé.

Výborná komunikácia s predajcom ( aj po tff ), rýchle dodanie, výborný pomer kvalita/cena. Dobrá komunikácia aj so servisákom - synovia 15r a 12r s ním komunikovali pri ich skladaní 2ks byciklov. ( nebol som pri nich a skladali si ich sami )

Píšem to pomocou prekladača; môžu sa vyskytnúť chyby. Ale čo sa týka spokojnosti s nákupom, vrelo odporúčam tento obchod každému. Rýchle dodanie, vynikajúci zákaznícky servis, a to e-mailom aj telefonicky, a veľmi rýchle dodanie. Produkt je veľmi dobre a bezpečne zaistený. Bicykel je už čiastočne zmontovaný, takže sa ľahko montuje. Som veľmi spokojný!
